Structural Surveys

The company undertakes visual and intrusive structural surveys of domestic, commercial and industrial buildings.

All forms of building construction are handled including; timber, masonry, steel, insitu reinforced concrete, precast reinforced concrete and part framed structures using cast and wrought iron.

Structural Surveys of Grade listed buildings are also undertaken with the oldest structure surveyed dating back to the 1200’s.

The company is also able to undertake condition surveys typically for Party Wall Agreements and leased buildings. For end of lease surveys, the company is able prepare Scott Schedules for resolving remedial defects.

The Company is able to advise on Party Wall matters and prepare Party Wall Agreements in accordance with the Party Wall Act as a ‘Party Wall Surveyor’.
