Building Regulation Checking

The Company undertakes Building Regulation Submission Checking for a number of Local Authorities.

The Building Regulation checking is restricted to the Approved Document Part A, which covers Building Structures.

Our check of the calculations is based on a review of the methodology adopted by the originator. Where clarification is required, the originator is contacted by letter/ email to obtain a response. Subject to a satisfactory reply being received, recommendations are then made to the Local Authority for an unconditional or conditional approval, as appropriate.
